TEN THOUSAND VILLAGES – Crafts of the World Sale

You’re invited to the 30th Annual Ten Thousand Villages Crafts of the World sale this year on Friday, November 3rd from 6am to 8pm & Saturday, November 4th from 9am to 4pm! Come, experience the difference. Come escape the ordinary and shop the extraordinary with handmade home decor, gifts, baskets, textiles, pottery, jewelry, toys and more.

THIS YEAR ONLY – helping us celebrate our 30th Anniversary Dave & Mandy from KAFE 104.1 will be broadcasting LIVE on Friday Nov 3rd from 6am-10am.

As you make wise purchases, realize the joy of helping artisans in developing countries have the opportunity to see their skills lift them and their families beyond poverty to stability; with food, clothing, a roof over their head, as well as education and medical assistance.

The San Miguel Café will offer you a place to relax with a friend while you enjoy a cup of Level Ground Columbian coffee along with homemade comfort treats. Take some home to the family for enjoyment as well.

The Vision of Ten Thousand Villages

Ten Thousand Villages Vision: One day all artisans in the developing countries
will earn a fair wage, be treated with dignity and respect and be able to live a life of quality.

Purpose of Ten Thousand Villages

Ten Thousand Villages. A Fair Trade Retailer.Your fair trade purchase of handmade jewelry, home decor and gifts helps improve the lives of thousands of artisans in Asia, Africa, Latin America and the Middle East. The proceeds from our sales of Level Ground coffee and dried fruit support Famicafe, a Colombian non-profit providing education for the children of the coffee producers.

Ten Thousand Villages is a founding member of the International Fair Trade Association (IFAT) and a member of the Fair Trade Federation (FTF), both of which aim to improve the livelihood of disadvantaged people in developing countries and to change unfair structures of international trade.
